Though we work with many types of clients here at Castle Builder, many have in common that they are pursuing a dream in some shape or form. Whether it’s a small business trying something new, a non-profit hoping to increase its reach, or a thriving enterprise expanding into unknown territory, I get it. I’ve been there myself and love working with these real-world dreamers.
I’ve paraphrased here from a passage in Henry David Thoreau’s Walden where he writes, “I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”
Thoreau’s more widely quoted words appear later in the same paragraph in Chapter 18:
“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
