National Book Critics Circle (NBCC)
NBCC came to Castle Builder with an outdated website and a separate membership platform. They desired consolidation into one site to better serve existing and potential members (working book critics) and donors.
Besides a custom website design with a new look and streamlined interface, we updated the membership system, integrated payment, added a calendar, and enhanced search function. To complete the integration, we migrated content from ExpressionEngine to WordPress.
Castle Builder later created an internal List Manager to handle book submissions and tracking for NBCC’s annual awards and continues to host and maintain bookcritics.org.
